K. Bhushan- K Bhushan is an Electronic Engineer from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and he began his career with TATA Group in Tata Electric Company, Mumbai. While working with Tata Group, he completed his PostGraduation in Business Management and he was given the responsibilty of Assistant manager for Marketing and induction of newly developed Electronic Systems in Indian market and export of all NELCO products. Subsequently, he worked as Executive Director in Keltron and afterwards took over as Vice Chaiman and Managing Director of Uptron Group of Companies for over ten years. After working for Public Sector Companies for 17 years, he moved back to Private Sector and joined as Managing Director of a multi-national company Yokogawa India Ltd, Bangalore. Currently,he works as Chairman of Public Limited Company - I. V. Communiations Ltd. in New Delhi. During his long association with the Industry, he had also the opportunity to contribute in policy formulation both at the State & Central levels. He has been a member of State Electronics & Communications Board, members of the governing councils of several institutes of Engineering & Technology. He has also been on the Board of Directors of several large private & public sector Electronics Companies in India. He has also been the Chairman of COPSEC (Council of State Public Sector Electronic Corporation & COS, Chairman & President of IETE, AIMA, WISITEX & several other professional organizations from time to time. Mr. Bhushan is widely travelled and has concluded more than dozen foreign collaborations with Companies in Europe, Japan & United States during his work tenure with the above companies.

Rohit Kalra- An Electrical Engineer from YMCA Institute of engineering has a dynamic career of over Twenty Five years, reflecting pioneering experience and year-on-year success in achieving revenue and business growth objectives within start-up and established organizations. Extensive experience in creating competitive sales & business models, evolving optimal product offerings, and creating brand salience in target markets. In 1988 he joined Pan Engineers, a Project Engineering company, where he was responsible for procuring and executing specialized Electrical Engineering consultancy and Contractual jobs in the field of Electronic Security Systems, Electronic Communication Systems and AC Plants.

Bhupiinder- Bhupiinder has 20+ years of experience in the areas from Accounting to Project Management, Operation & Maintenance with rich experience in managing multiple projects, building high performing cross functional teams, procurement supply chain management, and maintaining positive rapport with architects, consultants, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients. He is well-versed in project scope, site survey, scheduling, compliance reporting, vendor negotiations, document preparation, value engineering, and client management. He is recognized for consistent on-time and on-budget project delivery. In I. V. Communications Ltd., Bhupiinder is responsible for acquisition of business from corporates as the Business Operations - Head.

Pushpendra Kumar Raghav- He completed his B. Tech in Electronics communication in 2006 and M. Tech in 2011 in Digital Communication. He has a wide experience of running various Institutions and Companies. Starting his career as QC Engineer from Bantex and further as project engineer in Honeywell and then as R & D Engineer in ASES Pvt Ltd, he has worked in product designing and as circuit designer PCB Programming Microcontroller, troubleshooting of errors in circuit running of fire alarm systems SMPS and customized products. He was appointed as Director in Alphaone technocrats Pvt Ltd and completed various truncky and large projects under his supervision. He has executed various projects with UPPCL, PGCIL, ITC, SJVNL, Dwarikesh sugars ltd, Singsung CT & ltd (Korian company) and many more in the field of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting CCTV Surveillance and Networking. Beside working in industry, he has also been in Education and research field as Asst Professor in KITE Group and imparted technical skills to the engineering students, guided many M Tech Thesis and Published Research papers in National and International journals.

Anji Kapoor - He is a well-known Electronics Security Specialist who has been involved into the business of Electronic Security Systems, Manpower Training and providing Consultancy Services for Electronic Security setup both for the equipment as well as manpower. He is also specialist in providing various kind of Security Fencing Equipment. Mr. Anji Kapoor is associated with the company as a Consultant.

Neha- After Post-Graduation she worked in Modi Group as Marketing Manager and since 2019 Neha joined IVC and currently has the responsibility of Corporate Business Development and Administration Manager. She act as Business Coordinator. She is Company’s Authorized Signatory for signing and verifying all documents required in the conduct of Company’s Business and directly reports to Chairman.
